So yeah, despite the lovely large word count for the day I simply could not make my scene work, which with the climax of one of the subplots and it was just….meh….So I wound up cutting the entire subplot, which–judging from the number of words relating to it–was not a major loss to the plot. On to the Next Big Plot Point tomorrow!
