So yeah, this was one of those days when I wound up cutting most of what I wrote yesterday, as well as about 300 words I wrote this morning because I decided that the scene I was trying to write was fluff. Either way, I met my goal. Tomorrow night is (I think) band practice for hubby, so I should have HOURS to myself to get through the sniper scene (this is intended to show the hero and heroine on serious edge–the nephews are screwing around with laser pointers and she thinks it’s a sniper–but is also slightly amusing). Time for dinner! Off to the neighbors’ house.
