I had hoped to make some strides with my love scene today, but we got roped into family festivities that began late (some people have no appreciation for punctuality when it comes to events involving food, which is one of my serious pet peeves) and lasted hours. But I’ve been thinking about it, circling it around in my head, and I did get some written. I didn’t make my weekly goal either, which I’m not going to beat myself up over given that I was sick for half the week. Tomorrow starts a new week.
