I have…absolutely nothing interesting to say.  I’m up to my eyeballs in transferring all my online course material from one platform to another for spring semester (which is as much of a PITA as it sounds like), and I’m poised to drop everything and run because my grandmother had a stroke and is…not doing well.  She’s 96.  Waiting and bad news sucks.  I’m just sayin.

Kait Nolan is stuck in an office all day, sometimes juggling all three of her jobs at once with the skill of a trained bear—sometimes with a similar temperament. After hours, she uses her powers for good, creating escapist fiction. This Mississippi native has something for everyone, from short and sweet to Southern contemporary romance to action-packed paranormal—all featuring heroes you’d want to sweep you off your feet and rescue you from work-day drudgery. When not working or writing, Kait’s hanging out in her kitchen cooking and wishing life were a Broadway musical.

:( Equally nothing comforting to say, but hoping you will find a little bit of peace and strength to charge on. Stay strong, honey. <3

I feel you pain, Kait. As you know, I just went through the stroke ordeal with my dad, which didn’t end well. I hate the waiting. Saying a prayer for your family.

Kait, the holidays are tough enough without the added stress. Take a break and we’ll be here when you get back. Then after the holidays… take a trip tot he islands?
