Bookstore Booty

I am HOME AT LAST!  Very very tired, but I wanted to post my list of books I picked up in Jackson this weekend.

First up, a copy of the fabulous and gorgeous Eyes Like Stars by my Twitter pal Lisa Mantchev, which I’ve been itching to get my hands on.  It’s next on the list when I knock out Black Hills. I also broke out of my usual “buy used” trend to snag a copy of Lili St. Crow’s Strange Angels, the first book ever to snag me with a book trailer.  I was lucky enough to find four books that had been on my To Buy list for a while, A Hunger Like No Other by Kresley Cole,  Sea Witch by Virginia Kantra, Marjorie M. Liu’s The Wild Road (one of the Dirk and Steele books I didn’t already have), and Jessica Andersen’s Nightkeepers.  I also picked up Sharie Kohler’s Marked By Moonlight, Terry Spear’s Heart of the Wolf, Susanna Kearsley’s The Shadowy Horses, and Dogs and Goddesses, which I remember hearing Jenny Crusie talk about on her blog sometime in the last couple of years.  I also picked up Resurrection and The Trench by Steve Alten for hubby.  I don’t care a whit about sharks, but I might actually try Resurrection.
