Daily Goal: Met

Came up with my requisite 2 events to add to my plot outline and finished up Chapter One. I also did 4 loads of laundry, baked a corn casserole, made sourdough rolls (and it is a new form of torture to bake them from scratch, take them immediately from the oven and put them out of reach in the backseat and drive for an hour while the yeasty goodness steams up the windows), caught up on all my grading, and did all the dishes before I left town. Turkey day dinner doesn’t start until around 4:30 or 5 tomorrow, so with luck I will have a chance to write a bit on Chapter Two between going across town to see my dad and stepmom, and tiding up Mom’s house for the impending arrival of spouse, in-laws, aunt and uncle, grandmothers, and one Turkey Day orphan.
