I am in mourning. My absolute FAVORITE knife, the one I used EVERY DAY for the last almost 6 years, has broken. The handle broke entirely off. Whaaaaaaaa!
I found the U.S. distributor and there is a limited lifetime warranty, but they require proof of purchase. Which I don’t have, as this was a wedding present. I emailed them to explain the situation, and I am hoping that someone will take pity and allow me to submit a warranty claim. Because right now, I can’t afford the $70 to replace it.
Oh this makes me so sad. I love that knife.
