I know. I know. I’ve been a bad, bad food blogger. This is what happens when I’m writing a class. That starts in 2 days. That I’m not finished with. :headdesk:
I swear I will be back with something NEW for you NEXT WEEK. I just have to get through this first week back and work and fielding the stupid questions of my students.
In the meantime I will leave you with a recap of the Top Ten Recipes (according to my site stats) of 2010.

Happy New Year all from Australia, if you’re busy i’ll post one for you that freezes and substitutions are limitless. it’s 34 celcius here but hubby wanted casserole. 3lb cubed rump, 1 cup of red wine, carrots, onion, celery, stock and water. 1 table spoon evoo, Rosemary, thyme, seasoning mix (spicy, italian etc to taste) tomato paste, flour and 3 diced rashers bacon. Stir all non liquids on smoking hot 5-10 mins then add liquids, put on lid and cook very slow for 1 hour. Mushrooms, cooked diced pumpkin potatoes etc can be added near end or serve on bread, beans, pasta, rice etc. Cook till tender if using stewing beef. Good luck with your class. And I cant wait to read your new novella later this week. Xx
